Pick Up, Delivery
and Set Up Options

OshPosh Event rentals was designed with every budget in mind. A la carte rentals offer a budget friendly option while our per person and table display packages help make planning easier. 

 

Complimentary pick up in Oshkosh, WI is always available. We will have all of your items packed and ready to go. Pick ups take place on Wednesdays/Thursdays and returns to be made on Mondays. There is no minimum for you to pick up your rental order.

Delivery (2024 special) Mon-Thurs. is free to Appleton, Oshkosh, Fond du Lac, Omro, Neenah, Menasha and the small surrounding communities with minimum $100/rental.

 

Delivery and retrieval outside of the Fox Cities is $.66/mile plus $50/hour from Oshkosh, based on availability.

Are you planning a surprise? Is DIY not your thing? 
We can also provide set up of rented items to include linen, flatware, china, glassware and display tables.

Set up services

$50/hour weekdays 9 am-4 pm

$100/hour evenings and weekends
